Nadia Ramadan Jones is a talent and cultural strategist who advises companies on how to create more innovative, impactful and sustainable inclusive environments. Her primary areas of expertise include creating program, practice and policy recommendations for organizations as well as advising C-suite executives. For over ten years, she has held senior diversity roles at Morrison & Foerster LLP, a global intellectual property law firm, and Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Nadia has provided her services on impactful brands such as Johnson & Johnson Design, CreditKarma, airbnb, Gimlet Media, 72andSunny and Howard Hughes.
Prior to launching Culture Cipher Consulting, Nadia was a “VP, Talent” at a digital advertising agency, Huge Inc. In her previous life, Nadia was a commercial litigator and has since entered recovery. She has a B.A. in Political Science & African/African American Studies from Yale University and holds a law degree from Fordham Law School. She dwells in Brooklyn with her son, Jameson and their two chihuahuas, Whitman Thurgood & Baldwin Fanon. And while she’s traveled many places, she is Manhattan’s own.
